10-21-14 Sunday Morning At the Museum
By Scott Shephard
The closest I come to doing "street photography" is what I do in art museums. So often when you have a camera like mine, people become self-conscious. But in an art museum, people are generally absorbed in looking at the art. I work hard to capture galleries where few, if any, are aware of my camera.
In this photo, which was taken at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, only two of those present in this room are clearly aware of me. Can you spot them? (Hint: no one is three dimensional in this photo because it's a photo. But one of the two is more two dimensional than the other.)
